 I’m Emily, an experienced makeup artist based in Suffolk and Essex. I focus on making all of my clients look and feel beautiful.

As wedding planning can be overwhelming, my aim is to make the whole process as easy as possible. My signature style for makeup is modern and my brides are transformed into a radiant version of themselves. I am passionate about continuously learn new skills and techniques to keep my work modern yet timeless. My kit is full of high end products from brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, Dior & Nars catering for all skin tones and ages.​

 I have been lucky enough to have my work featured in some of the most prestigious blogs and magazines in the UK, including Rock My Wedding, Bride Magazine, Junebug & Wedding Chicks. All packages includes the bride and a bridal trial appointment.

The Experience

Emily has a fine art background with an understanding of colour theory and how to choose flattering tones to suit every age and skin tone.

Previously working in retail for luxury brand Dior and as a freelance beautician she is knowledgeable about skincare providing customised recommendations to help create your best possible skin. 

 

Now in her 4th year working as a full time bridal specialist she has looked after over 300 brides with her kind and calming influence.

If I’m not working you’ll find me in the gym, at brunch or reading. I also love travelling and this year I’ve been to Vietnam, France, Finland, Italy & Greece.

Like most girls, make up and hair on your wedding day is just as important as the dress itself. Even before we booked our wedding at Bruisyard, I looked at their recommended suppliers and found Emily. I had looked at so many MUA and just found Emily’s style to be flawless. From the moment I contacted her to the follow up after the wedding, everything she did was above and beyond: she was absolutely amazing. I am not one for lots of makeup and was sceptical after having my makeup done previously, but Emily listened and adapted it to suit me; I’d never felt so glad. Emily did so many little bits that I did not expect her to do… even moving the cot around the room for the photographer which I’m sure is not in her job description. I would definitely recommend Emily for makeup; if you’re reading this, just book her before your date is gone!
